Sins of a Solar Empire
This is basically a fantastic RTS. I'm sure if you too cheap to shell out the bucks you can download it for your PC as the system requirements aren't too high either. The control and design take a little longer than your average RTS to get used to because of the scale, but once you get the hang of it if you like it you'll fall in love.
