just as a question, how are hands measured for boxing? I usually get the tape measure then wrap it around a clenched fist.

15"? Damn. I'm a mechanic by trade, and it's just over 13 1/2" around my knuckles when I make a fist. I wear size XL gloves. Granted, I'm only 5'9", so they look like monkey hands. I am told I hit very hard; having big hands probably helps.

With hands that big, you should've taken up piano.

George Foreman....6'3''-6'4'' being 220+ pounds had only 13.5 inch hands. So 15 is large for a grown MAN. But if you're measuring it right and you're 15, that's really good.

            LMAO

I hope you all realize that there are ZERO muscles in your hands.

The muscles in your forearms control the bones in your hands. But in your hand it self there ARE NO MUSCLES.

Actually, there are muscles in your hand. When you lift a finger, a muscle makes that happen. You just can't work them enough to get bigger hands.

thats true for the most part but there are at least two muscles in the hand or at least in my hand! one between my thumb and forefinger and one between my pinky and my wrist

hands have muscles, but your not likely to isolate them really. I measured my hands from the clenched fist again, yes, they're 15", in fact a slight amount more than that.

Your hands are the last thing to stop growing.

If you have small hands at a young age, they'll soon grow.
