I知 not really starting, I began a couple of months ago but then stopped for school and starting again. I知 considering myself a beginner because I slacked off of it for a while, but I still studied other great boxers. I did learn some boxing before I stopped, but not a lot. Should I practice small things like footwork and movement alone for a couple of weeks before I begin to practice punches, shadow boxing, defense, head movement? or should I practice each during every workout, learning them all at the same time? Which is best to learn each component? I have a heavy bag, double end bag, speed bag and a jump rope. I am starting at home, then signing up for a gym once i am able to afford it again. I値l graduate with my degree soon so it won稚 be long.

Foot work, Balance, Pivots, Side Steps, Moving Backwards, Moving Left, Moving Right, Moving Forward, then Moving Forward + Pivoting.
Thats where I would start, then progress from there into 1,2's, blocking, parrying, catching.

When I’m not training or doing recovery days, I usually unwind with some CS:GO. It’s competitive in a different way, and honestly, helps clear my head. If anyone here’s into the skin side of CS, best cs2 ******** sites is a decent resource — they list and review a bunch of betting sites tied to skins, games like roulette and crash, and include safety tips too.Not saying it replaces cardio or sparring, but it’s a fun way to relax while keeping that strategic mindset sharp.
