I thought it looked pretty good. We need Rockin in here for some technical breakdowns.

Not bad man. Little tight though. Loosen up. Keep your right hand glued to your face when you're throwing jabs. Keep away from the bow and arrow (pulling your right hand down/back while jabbing).

Try and work on speed and not loading up so much. You also don't need to move so much while on the pads. Keep your feet a little more still. All of this will come together when you become more relaxed.

You'll get much better in time. Do not rush it.

I don't want to critique the guy holding the pads but his hands need to be closer together and he needs to be closer to you, especially when you're throwing uppercuts. Those do not need to be thrown from so far out, and should be thrown following at least a jab, if not two.

            Keep up the good work.

thanks for the advice bro i'll try to be looser.

I was loading up? Huh i didn't notice cause i was putting 0 power into my shots.

can you expand a bit more on keeping the feet still i'm a little confused.

thanks man i'll try to work on everything you said.

well of course, no one is, im pretty sure he's pound for pound the best boxer in history, hell even looking like the bantamweight he is, he'd probably decimate all of todays heavies. Fury don't stand a chance.

I think your legs were moving a whole lot. Nothing horrible. Anything you're doing will just keep getting better over time. It might seem like you were loading up because of that. Make sure your balance is correct if you do move.
