This routine of 4 stretches was supposedly created by a man who had a stroke and used it to help rehabilitate himself.
You can do 1 set every day and it wouldn't take long at all. Doing 2 sets like in the video only takes 10 minutes or so.

I stretch as I go and pick up food or dry cleaning (wife’s stuff)
I warm up but I don’t have a layer of fat too cold
Get yours cuz I’m like pushing the limits of brittle old man stuff..
If I were living in the USA. I’d be 300 plus lbs.. and my belly would prevent me from stretching
