They say stretching is very important, but I've never felt any different.

How old are you? I never saw much benefit either when I was young.

That said, when I look back on some of my injuries, I wonder if some might have been avoided.

Year after year, the number of companies, plants, factories and private entrepreneurs grows continuously. All need premises, not least office space. And since the prices for commercial real estate in the capital do not suit every employer, the option of renting an office is the most cost-effective and optimal for doing business with .

Does using a belt help you?

This routine of 4 stretches was supposedly created by a man who had a stroke and used it to help rehabilitate himself.

You can do 1 set every day and it wouldn't take long at all. Doing 2 sets like in the video only takes 10 minutes or so.

Techically you should stretch after you do about an 8min warm up.
Young dudes like you piss me off

I stretch as I go and pick up food or dry cleaning (wife’s stuff)

I warm up but I don’t have a layer of fat too cold

Get yours cuz I’m like pushing the limits of brittle old man stuff..

If I were living in the USA. I’d be 300 plus lbs.. and my belly would prevent me from stretching

Only when I see Japanese wimmin with leotards at a local gym doing the splits or doing some stretching almost nude..

I try to look away, but I’m becoming a gawker soon to be stalker..

J wimmin wear stuff that would get them arrested on hoe streets.
