Idk if this is a troll thread or not. But you should always train hard, eat clean and see where u end up. Bulking up for boxing is ******ed, you will get hurt by naturally bigger men.

Everybody’s physique is different, and it’s up to you and ur trainers what’s best and most comfortable for u. I’m 5’10”, lifted weights since 15 and graduated @175lbs extremely lean without supplements and minimal calories. I’ve always had big arms and legs and a trunk like a redwood even if I have a six pack. I’ve walked around at 215 since I was twenty and lean. I’ve been 237 before. Cruiser would be no problem to make with minimal cut. But if I tried to box, I woulda done everything to stay and make 175lbs. There’s formulas online, usually relating to the old Grecian ideal where u can punch in say ur wrist size.
