67 in the morning after a piss and chit, 69.4 at night with food, water and clothes, 3X4 a week but i'm trying to up that drastically, that is only including full contact sparring not light sparring, or defense only, or offense only etc, basically excluding any sparring that has a twist.

Based on what you have said, you are doing enough training etc to become a boxer, whether your good or not depends on who you fight !!!

Training like a boxer is one thing, fighting is a whole 'nother thing. How will you deal with fighting when you've never done it? How will you deal with the headaches? How will you deal with being completely worn out while somebody just beats on you? How will you deal with being out on your feet? Will you fold or fight? All of this 'training' might prepare you to fight for a round or two but after that you will be toast. The only way to prepare for fighting is to fight in the gym, otherwise, you are just spinning your wheels... You probably don't even know how to breath yet. Truth….Rockin'

Well when he doesnt have the conditions then its okay still to advance in any aspect of boxing.
Beckenbauer didnt have a football so he did everything with tennis ball. Is that counterproductive? Well, everyone will say yes but i dont think so.

breathe in through your nose a and out your mouth when you punch slip etc correct? Anyway in sparing my defense is pretty bad atm, it's weird cause i'm decent at defense when i'm just defending but when sparring i'm struggling to put striking and defense together, anyway i'm getting punched in the face a far bit and I think i'm dealing with it pretty damn well, getting hit in the face although gives me headaches at times it also seems to give me a burst of energy.

Do "tile drill" at home, there is a thread on sherdog forum about it, and do slip bag. Put it all togeather in shadow boxing and you will be amazed of improvment. Amazedddd
