Large Tonsils inhibiting oxygen intake

I've got big tonsils. Like they are so freakin huge u can hardly see down the back of my throat.

Anyways, I feel as if this inhibits my oxygen intake.

Any opinions? I know ur supposed to breath thru ur nose but the air goes down the same way and would still be blocked I think
