If you're beasting out every day you should continue to be sore.

Not injury sore but yes you should be god damn sore.

You don't need to stop training just because of soreness unless it's very bad.
Just out of curiosity, do you have a degree in any of the following:

      Sports Medicine
      Athletic Training
      Kinesiology
      Strength Training

The fact that you said your hips are sore would worry me a bit.

Do you know the difference between joint pain and muscle soreness? Joint pain I'd be worried about it, muscle soreness I wouldn't be.

Make sure your stretching your hips muscles. Even if your active they tighten up.
Oh yes, the soreness I'm experiencing in my hips is the good kind (muscle soreness). And the soreness isn't all that bad, it's just that I'm sore pretty much at the end of every boxing workout, therefore causing me to wonder if I'm overtraining. (I won't improve if I am. )

Are you sure it's soreness and not fatigue?

Having a bit of tightness and weakness is fine and a good thing. If your soreness limits your everyday activity significantly (excluding if you're coming back after a long lay off or starting new) then maybe you should reconsider your workouts.

From the sounds of things you're absolutely fine though.
