So I started going boxing 3 months ago I'm training 5 nights a week.
A few questions I need answering as I'm new to boxing.
1) I'm 28yrs of age, am I to old to get anywhere?
2) I'm 16 stone am o to heavy?
5ft 11 inches
3) I don't do any weight training, should I be?
I been watching a lot of boxers training videos and they do weights as well as boxing training and cardio, is it a must?
I want to fight in 6 months and keep it regular but worried I'm to old now past my hay day!
