Recommend a good resistance band?

Looking for a good fitness band, nothing too long.. preferably something good for 1 arm use for shoulder rotation exercises.

These look pretty good. I love using resistance bands. I just got a single heavy duty band by GoFit which costs $15.00. They come in different resistance weights. Also have the pro bands from perform better.com
