    How to properly use an elevation mask?

    Ive had one for a while, but haven't been too sure how to incorporate it into training.

    Should i just wear it while i do my usual training? I think id gass out too quickly so im not sure how itd be that effective.

    Any tips or advice?

        I have no idea.

        I do know, however, that if I saw someone running down the street wearing one of those things, I'd call Homeland Security to report possible ********* activity.

          Edit: just felt I had to point out this is how I felt. And how my friend didnt adjust to it well be it him personally or his work ethic. But I would like to say .....what works for some might not work for others.

            Do elevation training masks even work? I've read a bunch of sites and everything I read is mixed. Sites like tout the benefits, but then other more legit sites like basically claim they don't work at all. Some people swear by them, but I'm pretty skeptical. Any opinions/advice on these?

              I think mine has helped me massively, I've recommended to friends who are less fit to wear the mask in between sets of explosive or power training to help increase their fitness. I work as a personal trainer/martial arts trainer, so I'm lucky that I spend a lot of time in the gym, but on days when I'm busy I find sets of stair sprints/explosive pull-ups/cleans/deadlifts which can be completed in 20/30 minutes while wearing the mask at 9000 ft keeps me at the top of my game
