    Deadlift huge stones

    Anybody here does this? I, sometimes, do this in our garden.

    If you training for boxing, better find somewhat smaller stones and throw them to develop proper punching motion. I saw Marquez was doing it in 24/7. Just deadlift... maybe it is good for the grip, wrist

      Marciano and Jose Urtain

      used to train by lifting and throwing large stone. They both had very similar physiques
