at 0:15, that tripple right hand thing. Yeah I just dont know what that was, never do it again. When you punch, tuck your chin into your punching shoulder, it looks like you are punching with just your tricep extending.
at 0:17 and 0:21, the weave you did looks like you are paddleing a canoe with your hand placement. When you bob and weave and are being defensive, keep your hands up near your chin, like Mccully Culkin from home alone.
at 0:22 and 0:41 seconds, you dropped your hands slightly, even if only for a second, without moving back, or any sort of movement at all, I hope you don't plan on doing that in sparring.
from 0:32-0:37 your hands were not only down, but it looked like you were playing a superfast game of pattycake with someone. Alot of brawny guys would attempt to eat those shots freely, just to throw a big left or right hand, and once again, your hands were down, tuck that chin, thats how people keep from getting punched in the jaw from a counter.
0:43 to 0:48 was good, and at 0:49 you dropped your hands again, be careful, hands up to your chin home alone style, or move your head.
0:50 - 0:54 was nice, just keep your punching shoulder higher and your not throwing hand up to your chin, not your collar bone.
0:55-0:57, keep your chin tucked for the love of god, because you WILL get hurt.
You have the right attitude, just refine a bit, dont worry about being fast.
Actually, I would be more impressed if you did the first 0:15 seconds of the video so slow, that it took a whole minute. If you can do what you did slowly, with proper technique, you have my kudos, its tougher then it looks to go slow.

One more thing I completely forgot, I said your right hand was wrong but I didnt say the correct way, I'm an ass thats my bad.
This is the best drawing I could do, the L and R are your shoulders, and they alternate as you punch, the shoulder goes into the right hand, the circular motion of the rotating trunk adds to power.
Yes I know its crap, but its the best way I could think to do it. This is how the shoulders move with a right cross.

first guy really tore your video apart lol in a good way so ill just add whatever i can. slow down. just because your going fast doesnt mean it looks good or your technique is sound. your elbow is flying out way before your hand causing you to slap your jab out. pop your hand out and not your elbow. when you slip dont shy away from the bag. i think the reason you shy away meaning instead of slipping directly left and right, you are slipping left and leaning back slightly, its because your going too fast and your thinking your gonna get smacked in the face with the bag. go slower and actually slip directly left and right. there is no one out there that keeps there hands up 100% of the time during punching and the only reason people emphasize on this is to give good habits. just be aware that you drop your hands and that you consciously know and practice your hands being up especially if you spar because you dont want to get KTFO because of a bad habbit. oh last dont slip so far. the bag just just barely miss your face. it will train you to stay calm when you slip real punches and they sit right next to your head or even graze it.
