Hey everyone,
I’ve been trying to lose weight for the past few months with a consistent diet and regular workouts (4–5 times a week, mostly cardio and light strength training), but the scale hasn’t budged much. I’m eating in a calorie deficit, tracking my food, and staying active.
I feel like I’m doing everything right, but the progress is really slow. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be hormones, sleep, or something else I’m overlooking? I’d love to hear your experiences or tips that helped break through a plateau.
Any advice would be appreciated!
