    Lost tonight

He was alot bigger and i hadnt really prepared well for this fight, i couldnt run for a month because of a foot injury and i was fighting at too high a weight against a bigger guy...but regardless i fought a pretty dumb fight, instead of moving and boxing i tried to punch on with him and let him use his size to shove me around, the score was 3-5 his way, fairly close actually, maybe could have gone my way but he had a stronger case

funny thing is i actually weighed in with handweights in my jeans so they would let me take this fight, other wise the weight difference would have been too much, we both weighed in at 54kg (119lb) but i had weights in my jeans so i was more like 51kg (which i ate my way up to in the first place) (112lb) and he had to lose weight for this fight as well so yeah he was alot bigger, like 6cm taller and 10cm more reach too

video is coming, friend is putting it on youtube tomorrowish

I would take as many advantages as possible.

Home-town ref, plaster in gloves & fight someone 2 weight divisions lower than me.

      But thats not for everyone

yeah it should be on youtube soon, my coach told me i didnt fight so bad but i just didnt have confidence cause of my injury and he was so big and awkward, i have lots of trouble with those guys, but i still made it close despite all the disadvantages i had so im not terribly disappointed, once i can start running again (this week hopefully) i can go back down to my natural division 48kg no problems, i shouldnt be weighing above 50kg for a fight really, im just too small and its just excess weight id be better off without

Why did you fight if your not fit enough to run? It is all experience though. You can learn from it and from what you said you were never really gonna win just all experience.

well id been training for the last few months and hadnt been able to get matched, and then my injury came on and i got a match with this big guy...so i thought whatever, i thought i could win though, i could have handled maybe his size if he was a clean sort of boxer (the style im mostly used to sparring as thats what my coach teaches us) but his sloppy awkwardness coupled with this size and strength was just a real handful, plus my lack of confidence and preparation

but anyway, ive said that enough, stay tuned for the vid

I can't understand if your normal fight weight is 48kg, why would you fight a guy at 54 when your not fit and got an injury and your using your jeans to make weight, very ****** match up i think
