    How do I achieve this?

I'm 5'6 and I weigh 150 pounds. I exercise 4-5 times a week lifting weights (40 pounds) and doing a lot of pushups, but I still stay the same weight.

I wanna become around 200 pounds. Can anyone tell me how I can do this? Like giving me some routines or suggestions.

Btw, I'm vegetarian, so do you think that effects it?

I'm sure there's probably people here who would be able to help you, but you should really ask this question on a bodybuilding forum instead of a boxing one.

I think you need to talk to DMQawi.

dont go up that high, if anything just see if your body will take going up 10-15lbs. If it rejects it and you feel sluggish and slow then just go back down.
and a veggie? where do you get your protein? that is probably why you wont gain any weight lol

If your trying to gain strength for boxing at 5'6 and 200 lbs, you'll be the slowest most unagile boxer ever. And you won't be gaining weight running that much. You would probably have to cut your running to 1 or 2 times a week at very low intensity to just burn off fat. BTW good food to eat for vegetarian is tofu.
