Remember whey protein is fast digesting(45mins) so take it before and after you lift weights... if you had to choose between before or after. i would say after you lift.
Casein protein is slow digesting so take it before bedtime, so 4 hours later if will start digesting.

Just force yourself not to eat for a day or two. After a while your body will just be used to not being hungry after a certain period of time, and you won't have those nasty late-night cravings. Also, do a moderate workout before going to sleep to kill the appetite. I know if I bust my ass with some pushups or pullups, I'm not really hungry for the next 40 minutes or so.
That, or just drink a lot of water when you're hungry.
Really just a matter of willpower as many have already stated.

as i said man just sleeping pills, when i do nothing i just take some of it... then ill sleep for like 5hours it avoids me from eating or thinking about food and when i wake up i'll just drink some coffe and smoke 1stock of cigarette.
Cigarettes don't really affect my training because when i was staying back in manila the air quality in that part i live was very bad, and breathing the air there is like equivalent to smoking 1 cigarette a day. So it don't really matter if i smoke once a day.

You guys takin Tylenol and sleeping pills are actually doing your body worse than eating a ton of sugar. When you push your body to work out hard it'll ask you for more food. You need to have more meals and snack before going to bed, if that doesnt' work do some crunches and fill up on water or crystal light.
I tried those whey protein shakes before bedtime and they gave me a gut.

cigarettes ease my hunger along with lemon juice smoking twice a day ain't that bad helps me getting down my weight im now 120 my target is 115 and maintain it.

I don't read here too often, but from the posts of yours I have seen, I think it is safe to say you are a total ***in tool. Sleeping pills and cigarettes etc.
