my supplements usually only include protein, vitamins, glucosamine, fish oil (all right when i wake up, the protein two hours before i lift, too, and right after), but N0exlode and the n0 drink called 'Black Powder' have peaked my interest. I tried ZizZazz today before lifting, but i felt no gains.... Anyone?
If you train in the afternoon wait to take your vitamins at lunch. If your taking a mens vitamin like Centrum scratch that garbage. all your going to do is pizz it right out when you start to train. Get the vitamin packets from GNC. Good stuff. Save the protein for AFTER your workout (ideal time for ingestion is 30-45 minutes afterwards)

As far as other stuff I take. L-Arginine to increase the oxygen in your blood to allow better bloodflow to the muscles (also gives you great "hardons" too...lol), Glutemine (which can be mixed in your protein drink{its tasteless]} to speed recovery time of those sore muscles.

I also take creatine wafers 15 minutes before I train or spar. The great thing about these is theres NO preloading and loading. I also like ATP. It's liquid creatine. you inject it with a dropper under your tounge right before you train, spar, fight and the results are immediate.

Lastly, I cycle a tetoterone booster 4-5 weeks. This will give you a hell of an edge. But some of the brands have side effects like irritability, insomnia, and acne. So do your homework before you go to try one out. And a FYI, tetosterone boosters ARE NOT steroids. I do not inject anything dirty into my body. I don't need to cheat to win.

All of these supplements are totally legal. They are all over the counter that you can pick up at GNC. if you tell the guys there wht you are doing and they are halfway compitent they will hook you up with what you need. What I have listed is a phenominal start. But be aware you are going to pay a pretty penny for this stuff.

I didn't know what I wrote was commical. I know it all works for me. I know that I have an edge over the guys I train with. I train longer, harder and with more focus. If you choose to train without them that's fine. to each their own. I have the money to spend and love the results.

pictures say nothing.... no explode is supplement which means it is directly related to the way you work out... and work uts very in intensity and results.... n explode has caffiene and taurine so does it help... absolutely... caffiene makes your muscles contract harder ad taurine increases blood..... are these thing you can get from a million other things??? absolutely.... its hardly a placeabo.... but its hardly miracle.... just a well marketed coffeewith taurine... that said... i stilll like it lol

i tried black powder today and i definitely felt a "pump".... i had increased energy and lifting output. It felt a little weird to do cardio though. One of my clients that I train (i am a personal trainer) is somewhat deconditioned (out of shape, getting in shape for his wedding). When HE uses the black powder, his weight lifting abilities are increased, but then when i do focus mitts with him in the ring, he gets light-headed and dizzy sometimes (which doesn't happen when he's not on it). there's so much **** in these N0 products, that it is hard to pinpoint exactly where these effects come from...
