A good way to De-tox your body is to drink green tea, it makes u pee a lot as well, and to eat a lot of blue/black berries and add to that, clean plain water, not ****ty tap water but look for spring water or what ever has a clean source, like mountain water and such stuff. You can never clean ur body if u drink tap water that contains all freaky chemicals.
I been doing this for a couple of weeks now and I can already feel the difference, sleeep a lot better, can train without getting sore in the muscles all the time. I will do this for amother month or so

I've heard that body/colon cleansers get rid of your B vitamins which could make you weaker? I have not tried them, has any one that has felt this?
I have heard this once. The guy at GNC told me to drink plenty of orange juice to bump up my vitamin C intake because the cleanser does take away some natural antibodies. He said at worst youll feel like youre getting a cold...
