        Lots of time on a heavy bag with head movement and foot work really can help your stamina as well.

          sparring almost every day has helped my in the ring stamina, that and running telephone poles.

            Work sprints into your running routine. I do 3-4 miles every morning, and run about a mile of sprints -- 100m, 200m -- along the route. Sprint awhile, run awhile. Sprint awhile, run awhile. It really helps.

              But try doing that low to the ground for a couple of rounds - best leg workout going

                Besides what's already been mentioned, intervals (ex. 30/30 for full rounds, or 20/10) of burpees and all out punching drills should do the trick.

                  I found that shadow boing really helped my stamina, but apart from that alot of running and skipping really helps to.

                    if your talkin about sparrin, then control your breathin habits. breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. also stay calm when your breathin... my first sparrin sessions i was too anxious and kept on breathin short and shallow breaths, which got me a lot more tired.
