your talking about a lot of weight, How much do you weight now how tall are you? 60lbs is alot of weight to losebut if you really train hard an eat less you can do it. But you are going to have to live boxing eat an sleep boxing your going to have to train like crazy

i got a question about weight loss. say its later in the evening and i just got done boxing. After i get out of the gym im starving so would it be better to have a protien shake or a full meal? Will having a protien shake benefit someone who is trying to loose weight or just add on weight?

Good idea is to eat Meals with carbs before training, but don't eat any after training.
Plenty of protein after you train.
Carbs before bed will cause you to put on weight.

right after your training. BTW a protein shake isn't gonna make you lose weight if u still eat more callories then u use. A protein shake is good after training cause it feeds ur muscle so you wont lose any muscle but fat.
