    Hi Everyone

    Well, Im new to Boxing scene so Hi to everyone. I started a diet, i don't think it would be very effective but i want to know you're personal opinions.
    I am 14 years old male, weigh 125 and im 5 foot 7. at most i have 3-5 ibs of fat on me which i would like to get rid of (should take a week) I've been doing cardio every day. Jump rope 60 minutes straight. and every other day i work on my abs. i need to get bigger and stronger arms, and abs and i need more muscle in those areas.
    but anyway heres a diet i just started

    breakfast
    Oatmeal , with Banana and glass of milk.

    Lunch
    Peanut butter on a sandwitch, about two-three servings i have bottle of water. and a banana.

    4 pm- i usually drink green tea and eat something like egg whites

    Dinner- High Protein foods, Egg whites, Chicken, ect

    I have about 5-6 glasses of water a day

    thx tell me if i should change anything in my diet.

    atm it does not really matter about what you eat or how big your abs are, what is most important is good boxing skills.

      Thx for the info. I pretty much will get that covere'd. My Local boxing gym said i will be eligble to join in a few months. I know the punches, and favor the Peek A boo style.

        yeah, ive learnt that what really matters at am is your skills rather than body composition, just keep it up, you sound like your in good shape. man 125 is low for 5'7 (im 163 and 6'1)
