You are trying to say Horn is better because he did not duck Pacquiao which is a silly notion.

PAC always fights bums or guys coming off losses or demands catch weights.
So Horn was and is still a bum when pac fought him. I am just glad he got the win.

PAC did the same sh�t with Rios, Broner, Mosley, Mathysse, Clottey etc.
