Provisional suspension while the process is being completed is something else again.

If you care so much about this, get off your fat lazy arse and check your facts at the UKAD website, like I did.

Dillian Whyte was provisionally suspended after failing a previous UKAD test in 2012.

Tyson and Hughie Fury were provisionally suspended after being accused of nandrolone abuse by UKAD, and had to go to a high court judge to get their suspensions lifted.
Fury had enough money in the bank to drag the case on after fighting Wlad a fight he should never have been allowed to compete in had he have been tested by VADA yet UKAD handled his testing whilst WADA handled Wlad’s same scenario here with Whyte being tested by UKAD and his opponent tested by VADA.

Whyte can now afford to drag this out unlike years ago when he popped dirty he hadn’t the finances to contest it.

You guys defending dirty U.K. fighters and UKAD are a disgrace you’re not supporters of the sport you’re patriotic fan boys, absolute losers.

Two completely different situations. If you are charged with an anti-doping rule violation, a provisional suspension can be imposed on you or you can voluntarily accept a provisional suspension without waiving – that is, giving up – your right to contest the accusation against you.

There is no provisional suspension before being charged. Which in layman's term means both samples coming up positive. No need to check their website. I already know their rules. Your statement was a fabrication!

        You are talking garbage now.

If UKAD and the BBBoC didn't have the power to suspend Whyte immediately and stop him from fighting Rivas, then why did they hold a meeting ... to decide whether he should be cleared to fight or not?

I'm talking garbage? Lol. Do you know the UKAD rules? There is no action taken on the basis of the "A" sample only. Why did they hold a meeting? Probably to hear Whyte's side of the story. Who the fu.k knows!

Read the article idiot. Whyte was told that his "A" sample tested positive but he was allowed to fight because his "B" sample had not been tested yet! This site is filled with clowns! What the fu.k!

I was wondering that myself. Seems strange. Unless they know the results and are not making them public.

The Mirror isn't a credible source for boxing news .. except with cretins like you. They literally scan the headlines at sites like Bscene then use their imagination to fill in the dots.

You are one of that group on here who has to be right. As usual you are wrong. Suck it up and move on. No action was taken because Whyte requested that the "B" sample be tested, which is his right. Until those results were positive he could not be suspended. The British Boxing Board of control could not act on the matter until the "B" sample was tested. Of course you will answer with another idiotic comment! I am a cretin? How old are you? Jerkoff!

Whyte did not request his B side to be analysed!

Where are you getting this crap from?

As per Eddie Hearn, there wasn't time for the B sample to be analysed, so instead of going down that route, the BBBoC offered Whyte a chance to get clearance to fight by having an expert panel from UKAD interview him and examine the results of his VADA tests.

Dillian agreed to this and the hearing took place on the morning of the fight. After interviewing him and looking at his VADA record, the panel and the BBBoC cleared him to fight.
