    - he sh.it himself against Clay and threw the rematch
    - what could Leotis Martin do that Fury couldn't.

Liston is ridiculously overrated. Even before running Wilder through the mear grinder every real Boxing fan recognized Fury as the GOAT.
    I agree on all points.

Crazy idiots say son would beat Mike cause he beat floyd who was a lhw and a basic ver of mike so that comparison is dumb and always have been

mike would destroy son he was way to slow and easy to read and basic same reason fury and others would destroy son it would be a 1st round ko

So everybody who said son would beat a man he never would land on is a idiot

I doubt Liston would even beat a good modern heavyweight let alone one of the top ones.

It’s nice to romanticize but the same way Jesse Owens couldn’t compete today with top of the food chain athletes, the same goes for Liston.

We’ve had 50+ years of new TELEVISED talent that puts him to shame. Even the way he moves looks slow, outdated, crude even(in a bad way). Fury is not only bigger, more skilled, and faster...but he’s 100x more fluid than Liston at 6’9 than Liston ever was.

If I were a big betting man... I’d bet everything on Fury vs Liston.

If there were a way to simulate everything taking into account skill and sheer fluidity, balance, and IQ...I’d say tyson wins 99.99999% of every scenario.

Talk all the s hit you guys want on Wilder but he is one of the hardest punching men we will ever see....and the sheer distance he can cover because of freak athletics when he throws the right hand straigh is truly impressive. And of a man his height and reach? It’s undeniable that that straight missile from Wilder is close to a force of nature.

Even beeing hit with THAT couldnt stop Fury.

I literally (barring a hailmary one punch ko, the kind that happen ever 20 years) cannot envision a scenario where Fury loses. It’s almost incomprehensible.
Right word is believe in there head they don't see son on video moving good enough which shows they are crazy

son would be destroyed by mike to its obvious he was way to fast and great at defense

I had Wilder doing very well against Fury in that fight. I wasn't impressed by Fury in that fight.
I know your a crazy person anybody can see son was like he said slow easy to read and would be destroyed you don't even see son moving good enough to land none of you do which shows how crazy you are

If the fight was staged back in the 60's. I am unsure that Tyson Fury would cope well during those times from day to day.

The only way the fight can be made, is on a level playing field. Which will mean? Fury won't be able to pump himself with modern supplements and whatever else.

Tyson Fury will not be weighing in at 270+ pounds in the 1960's.

I cannot call the fight right about now. But I would maybe still make Fury the favorite.

Fury will still try to dance and sting, but I don't think there will be much in his sting.

But I don't think reality works like that mate.

If Sonny Liston was transported to present time? He would be a different fighter.

If Tyson Fury was transported back to the 1950's and 60's, it would not be right 'If he was allowed to take with him, all of his modern sports science information, training coaches and supplements'.

Tyson Fury would have to compete and train under the conditions of the fighters from those era's.

Tyson Fury is a great fighter, but in reality? He has been put together, and is just about holding himself together due to modern sport science.

Fury is still not really in great condition, even though he has all this expertise surrounding him.

Back in the 1960's, Fury is not weighing 270 + pounds, he would probably be weighing 240 to 250 pounds maximum.

In fact, Tyson Fury in his early career trained with more old school methodologies. I think Fury would be in that type of condition if he was to travel back in time.

Liston tries to punch Fury, then drops and breaks his ankle. Loses by TKO lmfao.
