Comments Thread For: Tyson Fury: I Told You Joshua Was a ****house, Scared of Me

Former unified world champion Tyson Fury (24-0, 18 KOs) has come out firing in the direction of WBA, IBF, IBO champion Anthony Joshua (20-0, 20 KOs). Fury got fired up after reading reports, where promoter Eddie Hearn had stated that Joshua could very well retire in the aftermath of a victory over WBC champion Deontay Wilder.

Fury really is delusional. He feels like he beat Klitschko up but he just slapped and pointed his way to victory against a shop worn opponent.
Wlad couldn’t pull the trigger and Fury never had Wladimir hurt.
At least Joshua put Klitschko on his butt.
Then Fury ducked the rematch with his drug binge and fake retirement.

Fury is the former world champion. The real champion, not this alphabet nonsense. But he needs to shut up and go about his business of getting back in shape and fighting if he's ever going to. Running his mouth while sitting around never fighting is getting old.

It wouldn't surprise me if AJ quit after beating wilder, considering how much money he would have in the bank by then and the fact that he could easily find another way to earn big bucks without getting punched in the head by 250lb HW boxers!

AJ wasn't born to boxing, like Wlad or Mayweather. And he doesn't have a Mayweather type egotistical love of the attention that being a sporting mega star brings.

Neither is he naive enough to fritter his money away, or get ripped off, like so many other big earning boxing stars of the past.

I would love to see Fury vs AJ. But I wouldn't be too suprised if it never happened, for all kinds of possible reasons.

"A serious fight with depression, and substance abuse issues, caused Fury to lose his license to box." Are you sure you don't mean getting caught taking steroids and a two year legal battle followed by a back dated ban. No need to carry water for Tyson.

You can try to devalue Fury's achievent till the cows come home.

But you will never change the fact that he was a massive underdog who beat one of the most dominant HW champs in boxing history, on his own turf, and he made it look easy.

Fury is a pathetic Coke head trying to steal AJ's shine.
