Comments Thread For: Joshua vs. Klitschko Rematch Looking Highly Likely For The Fall

It's looking more and more likely that IBF, WBA, IBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (19-0, 19 KOs) will collide with Wladimir Klitschko in a rematch, on a date in late October. Last month, before a record crowd of 90,000 at Wembley in London, Joshua had to dig deep by getting off the floor in the sixth round to eventually stop Klitschko in the eleventh round to unify the three belts around his waist.

Klitschko has had a tough fight, his face was bashed up.

And Joshua's wasn't? Accept that your pretty boy Joshua is vulnerable af.

No point in the rematch to be honest, only from a money perspective. Joshua knocks him out earlier this time.

This would be great. This time if Wlad hurts Joshua he won't let him off the hook. I think though second fight would be more cautious. Joshua won't go all out and risk punching himself out.

With a rematch clause in place it doesn't really matter if there is a point - just ask Kovalev-Pascal 2

I reckon it will be like Froch vs Groves 2. Super cautious early on and then in the 6th or 7th round one of them is getting violently knocked out.

over a year long layoff and aj ended him. prior to that he was absolute shlt vs shltty fury.

6 month prep time is going to make the fight closer ?

Klitschko has to loses in a row. The only thing that will change is Joshua knocks him out earlier
