It certainly has nothing to do with my post you quoted about the ibf being a good sanctioning body.

I think enough credit goes to floyd for resoundingly outboxing canelo and maidana, certainly on the second bout than warrants extra credit for the weight gulf but if it means so much.. Well done floyd?
my point is skills pay the bills.... Not size or weight....

Also floyd should be getting double the credit for beating those fat asses without much power when so called real boxing fans like you are worried about jacobs weighing a just a few pounds more than that monster ggg..... Thats all!

I don't get guys that dispute Floyd's fight night weights from HBO and showtime but will swear by those same weights when it's Golovkin.

Those fight night weights are done by the same people, same with the 30 day and 7 day WBC weigh ins. You can't believe it one way and not the other.

um showtime and hbo have weighed him many times on fight night..... He only missed the fight night weigh ins in a couple of fights... No need to spread lazy lies.... Unless your eyes cant tell the difference between the size of canelo and floyd on fight night on hd televison lol

Even Suiliaman is doing more in that regard. Good on any of them who are making inroads toward some reforms, but to say IBF is the best is a stretch.
Letting your HW champ stagnate and fight absolute bums whilst taking an age to sort out your drugged up mandatory and final eliminators place in the pile whilst trying to appease Don Kingsalready failed challenger in the hope that at some point he will unify against a champion from another division is not what i call making in-roads.

The same goes for other orgs. The WBO sit on their hands doing nothing whilst BJS gets fatter and fatter, refusing to fight anyone of note so he can cajole a cash out fight. somehwre within that they ordered two back to back mandatories after a year on inactivity from their champ , the first of which was then allowed to accept a step aside to face the #3. Who happens to also be a bum and promoted by the same person as the champ.

The IBF have never had an issue with unifications. When have they prohibited or got in the way of unifications when they explicitly accept that they trump their mandos? the only reason i can see is when a fighter doesnt want to adhere to putting on 10 lbs or less to gain an advantage, which was a rule placed to combat ******* yourself up the **** on IV and coming in two weights above the sanctioned weight.

ya taking this out of proportion

im sure if the weigh ins were AT NIGHT he woulda most likely weigh in in the AM

but the weigh ins were at 9 AM and he has to re weighin in the AM again can be more than 10 lbs etc.

so now he's not fighting for the IBF... ggg keeps his lil belt

You're saying their Heavyweight rankings werent the best at the time? OK thats fine... but are you saying the WBO's are better or as good because they didnt enforce the mandatory? lol ok mate
They made their belt look ****** by trying to force Fury to fight their mandatory before giving Klit a rematch. What Einstein at IBF thought THAT was going to happen? Klit is well known for slave contracts, Fury wanted the belts, and he did the right thing by first abiding by his contract with Klit. Perfect move on his part. IBF was just ****** trying to make a statement, and it blew up in their faces with that ridiculous Martin/Glazkov matchup. Made themselves look petty and ridiculous to the entire boxing community.

****** rule anyways. I don't get the reasoning behind it.

By that logic i could say that because he is more technically adept and skillful, lomachenko should have no problem fighting Anthony Joshua.

I get you think mayweather should get plaudits for his weight gulf. i have given them. But if thats what you think then why are you not wanting that to gulf in weight to stop? why is it now ok for "skills to pay bills" and have a fighter come in at 170, which is what GGG comes in at more often than not or at 169.. and have them fight someone who is potentially coming in at 180+

now it sounds like you're the one making the rules change to suit your argument?

"I want mayweather to get plaudits, what he went up against was bull**** because of the weight difference and people dont give him credit.

Jacobs is fine to do this, cos skills pay bills."

Floyd is toooo good and happens to have black skin and that seems to be the issue.... I myself happen to be white but even Stevie Wonder could see the double standards that are applied to Floyd by so many racist boxing fan boys.... Boxing scenes message boards are a prime example of those ******ed double standards....
