    Any sucker.

Athletes criticize each other all the time. Arum used "libel" as an excuse since it would affect business and make Floyd the enemy to NOT have the fight.

You don't see Conor McGregor or the UFC suing Nate Diaz for saying everyone does it and Conor getting all defensive and changing character all insecurely.. Why? Because it doesn't benefit the UFC and Dana White doesn't want to go that route. Is that "libel" against the UFC? Makes perfects sense. 1 million views surely that doesn't make the UFC look bad or do all fans UFC accept this?

Floyd has enough money to criticize Pacquiao, and especially paying any fee for Arum's insecurity.

THe facts are still there as it has nothing to do with "libel," Pacquiao and Top Rank declined 40 million dollars BECAUSE, as EPSN's Brian Kenny is forever planted on Youtube, "Manny, why won't you submit to WADA style testing?" EPO, CIR, HGH!

    easy breezy

Why would Lance Armstrong make accusations towards anyone else if he were doing it? You're saying as long as you do it, any athlete, and not point fingers its ok? Stop taking the piss mate.

Unfortunately, it was Lance's buddies and other athletes all admitting themselves to doing it as well as him. How can Floyd be the Lance Armstrong of boxing? He boxed for 19 years, you're saying his style is clearly because of EPO use? lol

I can have a knife in my home, does it mean I killed anybody? There's a thing called drug testing results, and Floyd created a whole process, paid it off, so that it would bounce back to him?

#48 bitterness will never win, no matter how much theory is involved. thank god for skills and performance on video. Like Pac getting KO'd at Flyweight twice, and then beating dudes at 147.... yeah... definitely "EPO" and Roids!! Toradol works a charm too.

Jeez, if you had any input, no one would be non the wiser about the Russia scandal
What I'm saying is that unless there is proof Mayweather or Pacquiao used PEDs all this talk is pure speculation. There's little point arguing back and forth making accusations without actual data to back it up.

Floyd has always had an army of haters, including the era of Larry Merchant's HBO broadcasting along with Lampley. Hauser capitalized on it, since he's a boxing expert and a key player at the BWAA, who's to get against his word? They were hoping for a #49 distraction with Berto as these same boxing writers dream that Floyd doesn't surpass Marciano. That's just the truth, and the publications of dates and consistency all makes sense.

If you have a family of expert marksmen from generation to generation, and the newest of the bunch is supposed to be, supposedly, the best gun shooter in the world, is that luck or a skill passed onto generation.

          Mayweather Family of boxers.

The problem is that Hauser convinced a fellowship and made Lance and Floyd synonymous. Lol.

Yet people are admitting that other elite athletes do it too. If that's all the case, then what's the point of judging any athlete. Comical favoritism towards fighters?
I was more alluding to the fact that Armstrong and his accomplices utilized elaborate schemes when covering up doping usage. Mayweather obviously had the means to manage something similar.

Not all top athletes are cheats though - but obviously many are. There's a huge 'grey area' too - take Povetkin as a recent example. Any athlete uses something performance enhancing, legal or illegal.

A lot of proof or should we maybe just say dodgy things that suggest he did take PED's.
I think it's safer to assume he did take them because he certainly wasn't all for a clean sport If he was he'd have choose VADA not USADA.

Again, Lance paved the way for new EPO monitoring procedures, and his scandals started in the late 90s. Floyd was already a ****** ass Olympian before going pro in 96 and winning a title in 98. Floyd wasn't even the cash cow in boxing at the time, only after beating Oscar. Where were all the PED articles on Floyd before Oscar?

People prefer to casually not mention the Mayweather family trademark. Was Armstrong's family known champs in the cycling world? Did they pass down specific cycling traits to Lance?

You guys are ridiculous when acknowledging the synonymousity with Floyd and Lance. lol
