Nobody is. He is totally washed up now. Put him in the ring with Joshua or Ortiz and I doubt he sees the final bell. I think Liston, Tyson,Foreman, Dempsey, Marciano and Louis would also have a good chance to KO him. I can't think of anybody his size who would KO him except perhaps Bob Foster. He does have one of the best chins in boxing history.

Peter might have power but he doesn't have nearly as much skill as GGG to deliver that power, power doesn't mean much when you have the skills of a caveman like Peter, GGG's power punching delivery is as perfect as it gets, he makes every punch count and hurt and his power is serious bsness

Peter landed plenty of clean punches on Toney. That chin is indestructible.

Honestly, you're overrating GGG's power. Who has he KO'd besides bums? GGG looks good against crossing guards and forklift drivers. Seriously, where does K2 find these guys? GGG hasn't knocked out anyone good to give me reason to believe he could KO Toney who has the goat chin.
