Golovkin creates more excitement in one round than Mayweather did in his entire career.

The real reason people like GGG is because he's a courageous ring warrior and an exciting fighter, like many of the black boxers of the past (Henry Armstrong, Tommy Hearns, Sam Langford, etc).

The real reason they don't care so much for Floyd and Ward is because they are pampered, privileged, safety-first, overly-cautious stay-at-home prima donnas who don't care about the fans.

Mayweather made Ricky Hatton move up from 140 to 147 to fight him, and JMM move up from 135. He always demanded all the advantages.

Mayweather is ENVIOUS of the success of White and Asian boxers in recent years (yet ***ually, he seems to have a thing for a young white male named Justin Bieber).

Golovkin deserves every bit of recognition he's been given.

So forcing GGG to move up is less racist than forcing Ward to move up?

      Absolutely ******ed from Mayweather.

Why didn't Mayweather fight GGG then since he's apparently all about 'taking risks'.

Imagine if Broner wanted to fight the best who fought two divisions below him but not one above him. He would be called a "cherry picker."

One minute it is "ggg fights for pride and not the money and wants to go to 154 for Mayweather because he is the best and wants to challenge himself." But when you bring Ward up and if you truly want to fight the best and cement your legacy why not fight Ward at 168? "Ward is boring, and doesn't bring in money, has 2 fans in Oakland and nobody would buy the fight." Hmmmmm.... That sounds like double talk.

When it comes to ggg vs Ward it is all about money and financial sense. But when it comes to ggg facing Floyd at 154 it is because he wants to challenge himself?

This is another one I hear I had to body bag dude. "Floyd fought three times at 154 so he can fight ggg at that weight what's the problem?" And when asked ggg should be pressured to fight Ward at 168. "ggg has never fought at 168 why should ggg go up and fight the best in a division he has never fought at?"

Last time I CHECKED HE has fought at neither 154 or 168!! It is okay for him to go down and fight a smaller going on damn there 40 year old fighter to a division he has never fought in ad that be okay. But needs tune ups and 2017 to fight Ward? So shouldn't do same rule apply. If you should have a few test fights at 168 before fighting Ward?

Why not have a few test fights at 154 before fighting Floyd? Maybe Lara, Andradade? Charlo Twins? Canelo? It is easy as shyt to pick apart ggg fans and double standards. Only people that should stay and fight in one division are heavy weights for the simple fact it gets no higher than that.

Imagine if Tyson was dominating at 160 but scared to move up to face the top guy at 168? Yeah you can't imagine Tyson being scared of that neither can I.

Ward should and will move up to fight Kovalev and I love it. May the best man win that fight. The backlash stems from ggg's team saying they will fight anybody from 154-168 and the media saying EVERYBODY is scared of him which isn't true. I had to do it. Listen to HBO commentary especially Lampley and Merchant when he was there that sums it up.
You are comparing a middleweight who is already barely big enough for his division to a bunch of guys who started out at flyweight, lightweight, etc, divisions where you move up 3 classes by eating a hot dog. Yawn.

How many has Ward? Anyway GGG offered to drop down a full division and meet Floyd at SWW, where Floyd was #1. Per Floyd and his fans, going down a few lbs, never mind a full division, is harder than going up

People are being obtuse. He certainly didn't overlook the fact that Pacquiao is an asian, as it is something he pointed out. Rather than point out a mistake, that isn't there, why don't you pick up a history book on the history between black and white people.

Whether people want to admit it or not, there are those that subscribe to belief in a racial hierarchy. At the top of the hierarchy would be white people and at the bottom of the list would be black people. A person who subscribes to that theory would gladly support asian fighter over a black fighter.

The proof is in the pudding. You just need to look at some of the racists pieces of **** on this site and how certain racist slurs saw a spike when Mayweather emerged victorious.

Ever since Ward's name was brought up in relation to fighting Golovkin, there's been a huge drive to get Ward to move up to keep away from him.

Ward has proven himself already. Golovkin hasn't and real fans want to see him in a real fight but the powers that be won't let it happen because they need to protect their potential cash cow.

So you are okay with a guy staying in ONE division claiming to be the best? From 140 to 147 people do that all the time. So ggg can't go from 160 - 168? One pound more? You couldn't debunk anything I said.

By your own logic ggg should be able to move up one or two divisions. Like I said nobody would give Broner props for staying and beating the shyt out of everybody at 135. Nobody will give Crawford credit if for the next 7 years he stays at 140 feasting on bums. he would be EXPECTED to move up and challenge himself.

                      ggg's resume speaks for itself.
