So the story says usada comes. He dehydrated as fawk, calls paramedic to do iv, waits for the iv to work so they can get the pee.

So before the iv they couldn't even get pee? Do they only test blood then or can you even take blood from severe dehydrated man?

Since a paramedic was called in, how come they did not bring him to the hospital .

There is a video that shows Floyd drinking water after the weigh in. As an experience fighter with 47 fights, he should have re-hydrating after the weigh in.

It takes up to 21 days for a TUE to be approved for national level athletes (Floyd is one), and it took exactly 21 days for his to get approved also.

What is so difficult to understand about that very simple situation? If Floyd was an international level athlete (he isn't) It could've taken up to 28 days.
