As far as an MMA bout? She could probably beat Floyd tomorrow, but give Floyd several months of take down defense training and he'd destroy her, the difference in strength is immense. Floyd is probably close to twice as strong as Rousey is in every way. We're not talking you're average 150 lb man, we're talking about one of the most finely tuned freak athletes in history. Give him some basic training and his superior strength will do the rest. It would be like fighting a child for him.

And Rousey needs to shut up and fight Cyborg, a fighter who is publicly calling her our, competes in her same sport for the same company, is the same ***, and is a mere 10 lbs heavier. Cyborg is going to break Rousey in two.

She's just trying to get famous off from Floyd's name at this point.
Even at 38 yo, Floyd would be twice as fast as Ronda too.

Many people who have never had a real fight in their lives - and this includes people with black belts in various martial arts - suffer from the delusion that technique makes strength and speed irrelevant.

    Believe me, they are wrong.

Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs reference really? Is Serena calling out Djokovic?
Get off Ronda's breasts and pay $60 to watch her beat Misha Tate for the third time.
learn to post on topic. i never said the fight would happen. How about a reason why the analogy is not apt instead of name calling?

Applying an proper arm bar isn't as easy as you letting your wife sample it on you. Jon Bones was put in an arm bar I believe by Machida and that elbow hinge held out and he escaped it. Unless she possess some Wonder Woman strength that exceeds man she don't have a chance.
I would have to look at the tape to see the situation you refer too. Some people have better technique and before assuming a professional MMA fighter has great armbar technique, having worked with athletes in this capacity I can assure you many individuals improve on things like arm bars daily.

There actually are ways to escape an arm bar...If you can hiccup your hips and push in towards the person applying the technique, or relax the arm enough and break the position of the legs on the shoulder, or keep the body scuttling as you try to get your front past the feet, etc....I doubt floyd could do any of these though, most people tense up try to use the arm and that is the worse thing to do.

MMA is not "ruleless" fighting, it's a combat sport, with rules, just like boxing. For a 140lb girl to say she could beat anybody alive in a ruleless fight is just ridiculous.
I agree. She's full of it, rules or no rules. She is not beating a man's behind just because she crashing these little girls that's not on her level.

I stand corrected, but none the less, an arm bar doesn't always result in a tap out.

When the position is obtained it is virtually the person's entire body against a weak hing joint on the elbow. Your bicept is strongest and is designed to work by twisting, not in an up and down curl motion and cannot resist being pulled straight at a perpendicular angle.

Nobody has an arm that strong in that position. When its applied what one sees as a spectator is misleading. The hips are dug into the opponent's arm while his shoulder is isolated and the opponent's head is turned away. The arm becomes part of your body at this point, you don't pull the arm down (which is what it looks like) which is a rookie mistake. You jut your hips out and straighten out with the arm on your chest...the person on the ground at this point has the kinetic force of you doing this aggressively (velocity), the force of gravity because your body straightening out becomes weight which your arm has to hold up to resist the straightening.... Finally, you are pulling the arm out at the shoulder as you straighten, which makes it impossible to use your other muscles to resist the arm straightening.
I wasn't talking about getting your arm back once they have it extended, but preventing them from extending your arm in the first place.

Lol watching Rogan and White all wild eyed...Rhonda has those two in the palm of her hand. before the Beth fight I swear I thought those two were about to take their ****s out and start a circle jerk.

The sad truth is that the woman's division needs to evolve. Rhonda's olympic training (Olympic Judo is no joke! I have played with those guys) is analogous to her being a professional in a division of amateurs. if Meisha Tate had god wrestling people at the top level she should have an advantage because wrestlers stylistically neutralize Judoka real well.

would be interested in her and Cyborg...

All she has to do stay in the floor n take Floyd down, Floyd would probably be out wrestle by technique n would fall into an easy sub

She probably cant beat guys in her own sport cause they have different strenght n training than Floyd

I dont think Floyd has any idea how to fight in the ground
