Vegas is not neutral. If the fight is in Vegas, guaranteed Cotto will be getting the higher purse in return. Vegas is going to be heavy and jam packed with a pro-Canelo crowd. The fight can literally fall apart again just because of the venue.

There's no neutral ground with the venue unless they fight in the Midwest, Canada, or some foreign country.
