No one stripping anyone. Cotto will fight triple GGG at his own time.(probably after his 1st tune up or after canelo.)
So floyd can wait 6 years and cotto cant even fight 1 tune up after a martinez that was supposed to end him?

so the real question is what title do we prefer? lineage? undisputed? or just be the fighter regarded my most as the best in the division(GGG obv falls under the latter)
Personally i think lineage is becoming overrated, its became a cool word people use to look clever*kellerman*

That said I feel a lil Hipocritical because if cotto took the title from ggg I think I may not feel the same.

But let's say Cotto goes down to 154, the Ring strips his Ring belt, and then Golovkin fights #2 for said Ring belt and wins. There will be those that will say Cotto is still the lineal champ because he never lost at 160 or retired.
