    I was going to post about that point but you already did, I touched on it briefly when i said if top rank and Mayweather Promotions pick a fight each on their own accord, that it's probably a bad thing and your reasoning underlines exactly what i was talking about, who the hell does mayweather promotions have to make any fight worthy of being viewed by so many people

    to another point someone else made, i understand that most casual fans want to get to the main event, but a good card doesn't hurt that wait and can even draw good interest and promotion for the fighters if they put on a good show and for the sport as a whole, the point is to hopefully guide a few casuals to tuning into the sport more in general

      When Fat Dan lays off the buffets I will lay off the fat jokes.

      He is good for ESPN though, having a guy that really loves the sport really be their main writer/boxing head is a huge plus his portly nature aside.

        Yeah Fat Dan sound nice and it should really be his nick name kinda like a trademark. He's a really great boxing insider and I often look up espn for his articles..
