Then he should move up. He is already number 1 on that division and is on the P4P lists. Or are all the featherweights ducking him too?

Maybe he wants to be like Marvin Hagler or Willie Pep? Unless those guys aren't great to you because they didn't move up. He's already 34 years old, I doubt we see him move up more than one weight class even if he does move up.
Well, he is not going to have a legacy like that because like you said he is already 34 years old and won't have many more fights.

He is also in a division that many people don't really follow or care as much as other divisions and thus it's a lot harder to make a lot of money there. But if he moves up, there are a lot of good opportunities for him at featherweight.

None of the top guys in his weight class dare fight him - his lack of opposition isn't his fault.

It's been stated several times in this thread, that if no one at 122 will fight him then he should dare to be great and MOVE UP.

I'm not a Rigondeaux fan, but you know a fighter is avoided when his mandatories are ducking him. Chris Avalos fought to become the mandatory and then ducked out. That's crazy.

he is too small for 126? *** outta here with that crap, Rigo has the skills man and 126 is where he should be, stop with that excuse that ain't nothing but a dam peanut

and nobody is duckingg this dude his style is just boring and you dont look good against him, you only DUCK MONSTER KILLER FIGHTERS who might hurt your health, His promoter CARIBE not Arum is the *** head who screwed up Rigo, Caribe, but Arum gets the blame? Arum is the man who gave Rigo every opportunity to shine but he failed, and Arum gets heat for being honest that Rigo style is not fan friendly and HBO told Arum they dont want to put him on unless he shows more combo punching.

They even gave Rigo scrubs to shine against his last fight was a tailormade guy and he failed to entertain he fought cautious.

I like Rigo and respect his skill but he doesn't fight to his fullest potential and I dont like that, I like guys who fight to impress and make statements.

He can't live off the Donaire win, he needs tough fights to test him, only so called boxing elitist big up Rigo so high it makes them seem cool.

He has skills but he needs to drop Caribe. Jay Z wanted to sign him but Rigo so ****** staying loyal with Caribe.
