I just threw Sakio Bika out there. That's a good fight IMO. What you think?

He's not going to have a choice soon. He wants to unify at middleweight, but these guys are freezing him out. His only hope is the Martinez/Cotto winner. If Martinez looks good, there's not much chance he gets Alvarez or Mayweather, and I think Sergio is a prideful enough guy to demand Golovkin. If Cotto wins, maybe Mayweather or Alvarez play hardball and Cotto tells them to **** off before fighting Golovkin since he's ballsy like that sometimes.

If that doesn't happen, and it's not likely, he'll be forced up either late this year or next.

If Martinez wins, he's probably gonna hold out for Canelo. If Cotto wins, he'd probably be the only guy that could get Floyd to come to 60. And he's even more likely to fight Canelo than Martinez. I suspect Sturm and Geale are gonna explore a remach with each other before a GGG fight. I don't think its so much that they're freezing GGG out. He just doesn't really bring anything to the table to make himself a must opponent.

I'm hoping he takes the Golovkin fight at the end of the year... but I'm starting to doubt it. HBO would probably put this fight on PPV and there's no room for PPV for this year anymore...like none. No I'm pretty sure he fights fir a small promoter. He's been on HBO last year in fact and was mulled fir a potential Ward rematch.

Di Bella would likely prevent that. As long as Golovkin gets in with one of Sturm, Murray, Geale or Martinez by the end of 2014 I think he'd be making some progress. If he doesn't get any of them, he doesn't really improve his legacy much.
