The judges didn't do their jobs properly in the DeGale fight. I think 2 of them scored the 12th for Groves which he clearly lost and it gave him the fight by 1 point. Very suspect.
He was neither badly hurt or taking too many clean punches. It's a boxing match. Nobody can expect to go through a fight without taking any clean punches, the idea of that is just ******.

He was walking Froch back as the ref decided to jump in. Poor refereeing. It was a bad stoppage as well in the Anderson fight, but not nearly as bad. And the fact that it was a world title fight just adds to that.

Yeah yeah, degale was robbed blind. it was a clear 120-108 for degale.

The networks, promoters etc also need their share. I think Groves would take home about a million should a fight take place. Froch probably 2,5 or close to that and then the rest would be split.

        What a ridiculous appeal.

        I didn't even know he'd appealed.

i guess that's what the appealing system is for?

If he can't appeal for something 95% of the boxing world thinks is wrong, what can you appeal for?

He was clearly hurt and taking clean shots, sagging into the ropes and then sagging forward into the referee. I don't agree with the stoppage but it just shows Groves ****iness to even appeal this.

            "Walking Froch back"?!!!? LOOOOL

It's a joke. He should get charged for making a frivolous appeal like they do in football. This guy needs to be taken down a peg or two.

How can you think you can appeal for an early stoppage? They happen all the time and there's been a long long list of worse one's than that.

The guy looked like he'd been continuously hit with a baseball bat and was badly hurt and wobbling around the ring.

He has absolutely no leg to stand on.

Well he says he caught a shot but was clear headed and absolutely ready to move on. Are you saying you know better than Groves himself?

Go to 0:46 and tell me Groves didn't get off the ropes to push Froch back before the ref jumps in.

Lol what?? Haha. You can't be serious with that.

Well, why have an appeal panel if you shouldn't be allowed to make an appeal for something like this?

What would you appeal about then?

Are you saying that Groves' version of events is gospel?

The kid was staggering forward with his head down and had no legs.

Quite clearly in total control of the situation doe!

He has maintained the same 'gospel' he said immediately after the fight until now. I sure as hell trust his feelings over yours.

Why are you saying he had no legs? He clearly got off the ropes before the fight was stopped and tried to push Froch back before being taken in a gridlock by the ref.

I have never said he was in total control, but there's no doubt he should have been allowed to continue. Froch landed about three half shots in the closing sequence. There's absolutely no grounds to stop a fight like that and it's really taking the piss on Groves.
