It will be on RTL in Germany, Eurosport in the UK, Orange TV in Poland, INTER in Ukraine, and many other networks around the world.

According to Dan Rafael it is technical a possiblity it could be on HBO. A twitter asked Rafael if the klitschko-Pulev fight could be on HBO and Rafael responded "TBA."

I really doubt it would be after the appaling event that was Klitschko-Povetkin.
