          Kubrat Pulev will be fighting Alexander Dimitrenko, according to the tweets from Dimitrenko and Pulev.

          Sauerland says Ruslan Chagaev was offered a fight, but turned it down:

            Pulev won the semi final eliminator against Ustinov last September. Under the rules of the IBF he cannot fight before the final eliminator.
            So now he has to wait more months after Adamek and more recently Fury refused to fight him.

            Why did the IBF declare Tony Thompson the mandatory when Eddie Chambers backed out of the final?
