how to solve the defamation case for the best benefit of boxing?

okay so we all know the defamation suit that arum filed in pac's name vs. floyd and others is likely to become another roadblock in pac-floyd negotiations.
obviously if the fight were to happen this must be resolved, so that both parties' public image remains as untouched as possible.
right now it seems to be the most feasible, to come to a some sort of out of the court agreement, like gbp did, or try to bring in a third party to try to mediate the case.
however in my opinion floyd is unlikely to accept any such solution, and pac is not going to pull it out of the.court either.
don't tell me we are stuck again? what happened with arum's statement ,that there were no issues remaining?

floyd don't mind this case Pacquiao is the only one losing money here so after Ortiz Khan is next, i don't mind this fight anymore because is a fact manny is on PED's and duck JMM for 3 years and Floyd is better bigger and faster than marquez

Red- How is the case a 'road block'? Floyd has no intention of going to his deposition in the first place, and it obviously hasn't stopped him from fighting Ortiz, so why would it prevent him from fighting Manny?

Bold- See above. That is a non issue.

And how to 'solve' the case? How about Floyd shows up to his court-mandated deposition and answer for his actions like a man instead of hiding out in strip clubs with his BFF Curtis. That'd go a long way towards 'solving' it.

But either way, it'll be over long before the next 'vacation' comes along.

Ummm, unless Bob Arum changed his name to Ronnie Nathanielz and is writing articles, I don't see him saying anything about the case being a road block. I see him, once again, saying that OST is not an issue. Try again.

                    beause ortiz isn't suing floyd?
Your point? If facing 34 years in jail on felony charges isn't dissuading Floyd from fighting Ortiz, why would a civil case prevent him from fighting Manny?

Like he and his fans have been saying, all Pacquiao has to do is take the test and Floyd will strap on his cape and take the fight in a heartbeat. I mean, Pacquiao filed this case in late '09... why is it an issue or 'road block' now that Manny has agreed to the testing?
