I believe that to be true but it's always good to expose Pac fans. I wanted to see Cotto/Floyd when Cotto was undefeated. Bob Arum was doing now what he did then but now he is making it even more obvious because he is getting older and don't give a **** because he eating big anyways. Arum kept Cotto away from Floyd......

If Little Floyd does not need a tune up, why did he come out of "semi-retirement" only after Pacquiao has announced an opponent? It is always the same ducking charade: Pacquiao is challenging Little Floyd and Little Floyd says he's busy with his foundation, he does not need a second bout for the year because it will increase his tax bracket, he is semi-retired, etc.; after Pacquiao announces he will fight somebody else instead, Little Floyd either A) announces his own fight, or B) posts a video about how he is going to whup Pacquiao's @ss. The script is getting to be as boring as Little Floyd's fights.
