With Timothy Bradley's running and hiding from Amir Khan. Khan is now the best at 140 pounds. Khan's next fight should be for The Ring light welterweight title.

I think it has more to do with Bradley thinking if he loses he will loss way more in the next contract.
He can make 2 million now and lose.
That would mean that he would probably be sign for way less coming from a loss

        Treated as a slave, lol.
Bradley is the num fighter at the weight, and has taken numerous risk and tough fights..If he chooses to handle his business before handing out a beating to Khan that's his business and he earned it..

I hope my boy, Tim knows what he is doing. I feel like he just blew a huge opportunity. There must be something going on behind closed doors. Maybe Bob Arum has been communicating with him and presented something lucrative in the future and their just keeping it quiet until his contract expires with Shaw. But that's very risky. The big money fight is with Manny...but what if Manny loses to Marquez?Or... what if he wins and Floyd finally steps up to the plate? Where does that leave Tim? Maybe Marquez would fight him.I can't see Floyd fighting him.Tim has accomplished too much in his career to be making bad business decisions at this stage. Hopefully he can fight Zab next to unify the titles. If not, then who?

Bradley thinks Pac is down the road, but
the best way to get to pac, is to kick Khan's Ass!!!
This Chump turned down $1.4 Mil...Confidence, NO MAS!!!

So the whole "waiting till his contract is finished in July" is ****ing ****** because it's still a big ass pay day and he's not a big draw. So you don't like Shaw and don't wanna be promoted by him? Fully understood, I don't like him either, but ****ing hell, he's hurting himself by sitting on the sidelines for over 6 months as a young unbeaten fighter...take the Khan fight as your last one under Shaw, beat him like you said you would, make lots of money, then sign with GBP or Top Rank....EASY!

I don't think it's to fight Floyd, because surely Schaffaer would know something about this....I mean it'd be like "Bradley I know you're fighting Floyd, but lets make you look bad prior to your fight with Floyd by making it look like you're ducking Amir Khan"....yeah right!

Also this whole "Bob Arum is behind it"...that is no ****ing excuse. If Bob is, Bradley is a fool for listening to him. Bradley defenders and Bob Arum haters want to blame him for it all, but why? What difference does it make to Bob? Fight Khan, Pacquiao fights JMM, sign for Bob after and then fight Pacquiao???

This is either horrendous business decision by Bradley (those who say he's intelligent clearly forget how poorly he handled the Alexander situation and HBO will NO doubt be pissed off with him now and not sign him for multi-fight deal that he wants), or he see's something in Khan that he does not like......i.e. he doesn't have the height, reach and punching power to KO Khan, and thinks Khan's come forward style will beat him on scorecards. For some reason....I think it's the former, which is a damn shame.

we seen what happens to fighters who try and close out their contract with promoters with that " final fight " the always get jobbed in some way that usually leads to a loss...... we've seen it a bunch of times before.....

bottom line, bradley looks like he's falling short and isnt going to deliver, have no worries, he will, IT'S A TIMING THING seriously......

a fight like this is too dangerous to have all these distractions and having issues with your promoter, politics, etc, it all ends up with a loss of some sort......

you say it's a horrendous business decision, i say the exact opposite. i think it's smart, patients into getting what you want out of life is more rewarding than JUMPING at every opportunity, not every "apparent" opportunity is a good one, and although this is a good fight and a great match up, especially for us fans, it probably isnt the best opportunity for bradley to endeavor on with, with having problems shaw or shopping for a future promoter to work with, that alone is a fight in itself.

we look at the money and with our own greed we say he's ****ing up for passing on it, but what is attached to that money and fight?? what about afterwards? dealing with someone or being in a ****ed up relationship, not being happy, having to deal with someone you don't like leads to a poor production, so there are things that fans don't think about.

a lot of people think fighters get this big check and everything is fine and dandy. the reality is they've been living on an advancement usually, have to pay the IRS, manager, promoter, trainer, nutritionist, whoever else, lawyers, his own medical if i'm not mistaken, i'm sure there are special cases for the medical i don't know about every fighter, for the most part no, the fighter covers it.

to have to deal with that, you would at least like to be giving the people their cut off of your blood, sweat, and tears, you'd at least like to like the guy, at the very least, you sure as hell would hate to give money to someone you don't like or have a volatile relationship with..... bradley is no different... some people deal with situations that they don't like but actually have a say in how their life goes but do nothing about it and keep on dealing with it because they fear the unknown and change form routine, and there are some who don't and they DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO regardless of who and what stands in their way...... looks like bradley is one of those type card players, you gotta love it, and by his career and fighting attitude, you know he's not afraid to fight anyone. he's working at doing his thing.

any ways, i see where you're coming from but i know it's not that easy and cut and dry. there are options for other things and there are options in patients..........

wise men look like they move slow, but they move with precision. i see a tactical move and a relatively smart one, if he find no turbulence other than hot air criticism over nothing because the fight and or bigger fights are going to materialize........... then everything will be ok, we get what we want, they get what they want..... and khan taking the 20 part of the 80/20 split, that sounded real fishy too...... i don't know about you , but that is kind of odd...

                    peace and good health.
