I would call it, calling all bluffs if they are bluffs and taking a stand like a real man. He would be putting all rumors to rest and no one could really side with Floyd if he did not respond. As a Floyd fan I would be waiting for Floyds response and if he didnt then all negative rumors about Floyd would then be true.
I view Pac as a bit fishy but how someone can call him a beggar or see negative in this scenario is beyond me.

why would manny do that? a fighter fights those who are in front of them ready to throw in the punches and manny is that kind of fighter. he doesnt chase others who doesnt want to fight. thats the reason why he said he doesnt need floyd if floyd doesnt want to fight which is really obvious. manny will never call a press conference and announce a challenge to anyone because it will only give the impression of being a braggart which is contradictory to the image pacquiao is projecting which is humble and low key. its only us boxing fans who desires/yearns for pac-mayweather fight, and manny knows that and is ready to give in to the wishes of the masses but he will never go to the extent of a public challenge for the same reason i stated above. floyd doesnt want the fight, even *****s doesnt too.

manny is only being consistent in his humility, recent example is the MTV Cribs where they showed his house, he said he doesnt really intended to agree videoing the house because he doesnt want to give the impression that hes bragging about it but hes got no choice but to acquiesced because it will on the otherhand impressed that he is snubbing the show if he declines.
