Mayweather vs. Cotto post fight Thread -DON'T make new threads about the fight

Mosley didn't win that fight, dude. Scoring it a "draw" is a stretch, let alone scoring it for Mosley.

I agree with Checks, although it was a close fight on the cards, the rounds weren't hard to score. In just about every round there was a clear, cleaner & more effective aggressor...u can see who was getting the best out of who when they exchanged.

Also, just cuz a fighter isn't coming forward doesn't mean he's losing the fight, or even the round. There were at least two of those later rounds where Cotto was backpedaling for dear life and still landed the more effective punches.

For those who don't have HBO, Comcast is showing the Cotto-Mosley bout on On Demand. One of my favorite fights, still.

Scored it 7-5 for Cotto but it was close. Mosley hurt Cotto in the middle rounds and I thought made a terrible tactical mistake standing a trading with Cotto.

He chose to brawl with him instead of moving in and out like he usually does and out speeding Cotto.

Good fight though.

I was there myself and my bud was rooting for Mosley. Mosley brawled and if he would had gone in and out like he used to do it would had been a lil different.

Cotto got that fight by a slight edge

I had Cotto winning, myself.

Even in the late rounds, his jab and intelligent movement kept Mosley off-balance and unable to mount a sustained offense.

I thought he was gassed, as Cotto seemed to do this a couple of times when he couldn't knockout a dangerous opponent, but he controlled the type of fight they were having those later rounds.

If Mosley controlled it, in my eyes, they would have continued the trading shots of the earlier rounds.

If he was gay though he wouldn't be doing that ***** in front of hbo camera's. Different culture, for some people it's a sense of humor. all my friends that went to catholic high schools(all guys schools) had a sort of ****-centric sense of humor.
