To be fair to Pacquiao, Floyd has talked about catchweights in the past.
1) They offered Hamed a catchweight at 128. Naz didn't want it.
2) When Floyd was at 130, and Shane was at 135, they offered Shane a catchweight of 137. But SSM wanted to go to Oscar before Floyd. Can't blame Mosley for that.
These are facts that I can support with evidence, btw.
Those catchweight offers were in Floyd's Top Rank days. That's why I call TR the CW promoters.
Oh, I hate Michelle Malkin.

Floyd did look small to me compared to Victor, although Floyd didn't look small in the training camp photos that had been released previously.
I just thought that I would offer some information that I have for discussion, if anyone was interested.
The following weights are NOT "weigh-in" weights, with the exception of the Oscar fight. These are post-rehydration weights, mostly gathered from HBO's "fight night" weights.
If you have any other "real weights", please add them.
Summer , 1996: 125 pounds (Olympics - same day weigh-in)
December, 1998: 138 pounds vs Manfredy
March, 2000: 139.5 pounds vs Vargas
January, 2001: 136.5 pounds vs Corrales
April 2002: 138.5 pounds vs Castillo I
December, 2002: 138.0 pounds vs. Castillo II
November, 2003: 140 pounds vs N'Dou
May, 2004: 145 pounds vs Corley
January, 2005: 142 pounds vs Bruseles
November, 2005: 148 pounds vs Sharmba
April, 2006: 146 pounds vs Zab
November, 2006: 149 pounds vs Baldomir
April 2007: 152 pounds (30-day pre) for Oscar
May, 2007: 150 pounds for Oscar
Aug, 2011: 149 pounds (30-day pre) for Ortiz
Sep, 2011: 149 pounds vs Ortiz
2010 vs Mosley
2009 vs Marquez
2007 vs Hatton
2007 vs Oscar
