lmao @ you fools who seriously think Oscar "stopped" throwing his INEFFECTIVE jab that was getting countered as well
He did. You could just tell he wasn't pulling the trigger anymore. Following Oscar's career, that was very easy to see. Oscar's jab was very effective by the way.

no, not 16,000 is not in dollars..thats MGM seat capacity costing an avearge seats of $1000 each....(maximum)

16,000 seats X $1000 each = 16 mil (thats based on the floyd vs osacr fight)

this should have a lower avrage ticket price...

        16,000 seat(MGM) of $1000 ea = 16,000

88 million total gross....how about the government tax, hbo cut, promotional expenses, etc....

        just not possible....
In these fights money comes from everywhere, doubt you can even get close to the numbers with simple information

For anyone to say that Cotto will earn at the minimum $30mil. That must mean either A) the split is in his favor. B) they must believe this will shatter all revenue records.

Now which one is more likely? And, how likely is that scenario.

Because, one has to think if Cotto is getting a minimum or even a maximum of 30mil. Then what is the minimum that Floyd is getting? Do people not look at that? Where is all this money going to come from?

The only way is if it shatters all revenue records. And, really how likely is that? No doubt that Cotto is going to get a nice piece of changer. Where he can retire on. Yes Cotto is cashing out. But, 30mil? Lets use logic here.

It's no surprise that the TS website is saying this. Funny if people post anything from the examiner and bleecher it's quickly downplayed as not credible and rightfully so. This website that is reporting this. Is just as credible, honestly maybe not even as credible as the examiner and bleecher.

i dont think i did nat...the 16,000 was not in dollar...thats the total seat capacity of MGM...the $1000 dollar seat is based on the floyd vs hoya fight.= 16 million...this is not as big as that fight

so all the numbers i used are maximum...meaning in reality , it should be lower...

I can't believe of how close the Cotto-Clottey fight was.

If Cotto losses May 5 he's still a winner
