Cotto's plans were to retire like a year ago lol, so it might not be too far from the truth, but it's not going to be bc he got a beating or anything, might be bc if he loses he prolly won't have another big money fight like this one, so there is no point in continuing, he already made good money, why keep risking your life..

Mosley didn't give up, he just had nothing left. The pace the fight was being fought at was too much for the old guy (same for the Pac fight). Mosley was powerless.
